For 25 years, Gregg has been a management consultant specializing in organizational change and leadership development. He is based in Boston and currently serves as a Managing Director of Egon Zehnder’s Leadership Advisory practice. He earned his BA from Trinity College and his MA and PhD in English Literature from Oxford University, where he also taught and served as President of the Oxford Poetry Society. His poetry collection, Small Gods of Summer (Antrim House, 2013), was a finalist for the Eric Hoffer Book Award, and Hope Is a Small Barn (Antrim House, 2017) was the runner up for Julia Ward Howe Award for poetry.
