Ketshaly Philome(She/Her) is an involved student leader on campus as a junior at Clark University majoring in political science and creative writing. She is a Haitian American recreational writer and poet who enjoys attending Spoken word events in Boston and Worcester. Her poetic work is centered around her identity as a Haitian American and the articulation of love and loss. With a passion for non-profit administrative work and helping organizations accomplish their mission, she is currently a Development intern at MassPoetry, working to bridge the gap between accessibility and the youth in spoken word and writing. Beyond her work, she enjoys dancing and listening to music, and reading the work of poet Elizabeth Acevado.
