s burnette is originally from North Carolina but currently lives in Boston. They are the author of the chapbooks laughing plastic (Broken Sleep Books) and Special Ultimate: Baby’s Story: a Documentary (Ghost City Press).Their work has appeared/is forthcoming in Entropy, Sixth Finch, pidgeonholes, BOAAT, and Glass: a Journal of Poetry, among other journals. They teach in Emerson College’s Writing Studies program, work in shipping for a floral hard goods supplier, and read flash fiction for Split Lip Magazine.
