Mass Poetry’s U35 series is a wonderful space for poets and poetry lovers alike. The U35 readings are a bi-monthly series that promotes spoken-word poets under the age of 35. The series seeks to promote and bolster young Massachusetts poets while giving them a venue to share their work and connect with other poets and writers. It serves as a great introduction to the spoken-word scene in Boston while allowing you to support local artists and mingle with other writers across Massachusetts.
U35 ran for four years under its founder, Daniel Evans Pritchard, before Mass Poetry adopted the series in May 2014. Check out past speakers and performers here. If you are a poet under the age of 35 and have some poems that you want to share with the community, sign up to read at one of our future U35 here.
