Presented by Sheila Kirschbaum
SATURDAY, OCTOBER 11
10 – 11:30 AM
Boott Cotton Mills Museum, 115 John Street Entrance
Boott Gallery
In this teacher’s workshop, you will compose an original poem that conveys your sense impressions as you stand either along the edge of the Merrimack River or in the Boott Cotton Mills Weave Room just steps away. We will compare these place-based poems, contrast industrial and natural settings, and discuss classroom applications. Sponsored by the Tsongas Industrial History Center.
